Your Diamond Balance

A broadcaster will earn diamonds each time a gift is received. The amount of Diamonds that you receive will be based on the bar value of the gift. These Diamonds will appear in your Diamond Balance. 

• Please note that the only way to earn Diamonds is by going live and receiving gifts.
• Diamonds you receive during a broadcast will take 7 days to process and to appear in your available balance. While processing, they will appear in your pending balance. 

If you see your available Diamond Balance decrease, this might be due to one of the following reasons:

• You cashed out your Diamonds.
• You exchanged your Diamonds for Bars.
• Unauthorized spending was detected by a user who sent you gifts.
