How do I earn a subscription button?

All Streamers that are partnered or with a Broadcasters Status of Level 3 or higher automatically gain a subscription button.

 

How many Sub Stickers do I have?

Users that are not Partners have 2 Subscribe Sticker. A Partner has as default 6 Stickers, but can additionally gain 3 more stickers by reaching 50, 150 and 400 Subscribers.

 

How do I upload my own customized stickers?

Sticker uploading can be found in the “Customize Your Subscription” section of your settings. 

Select a file to upload your six stickers. 

 

 

-Stickers should be 400*400 PNG or JPG, at a max size of 1mb. 

-Once your sticker has been uploaded, it may take a few moments to appear as our team will need to review and approve your submission. 

-PLEASE NOTE: at this time, the editing and uploading of stickers can only be done on Web and iOS. Editing and uploading functionality is not available on Android devices at this time.

What perks do I get for subscribing to a particular partner?

-40 Super Messages/Month

-Access to subscribed partner’s customized stickers 

-Access subscribed partner’s customized badges - the longer you are subscribed to them, the more badges you will unlock

-Access to subscribed Partner’s replays

-Access to subscribed Partner’s sub-only chat

 

Do I lose my subscription badge progress if I unsubscribe?

-No, we will track the number of months you have subscribed. The months do not have to be consecutive. (i.e. If you are subscribed to a particular partner for January, March and April, it will count as three months of subscription, even if you skipped February)

 

How long can I access a subscribed partner’s replays?

-Partner’s replays will be available for 1 month after the original air date.

 

What do I earn when someone subscribes to me? 

-As a Partner,  each new subscription or renewed subscription will earn you 26,000 Diamonds, which will be added to your Diamond balance. A non Partner receives 20,000 Diamonds. 

 

What does it cost to subscribe?

-$4.99 USD (or equivalent in local currency)

 

What should I do if I am a partner and I do not want to be subscribable?

-If you would like to have your subscribe button removed from your account, please contact support.
